Cape Pilates is a small intimate studio located in Cape Woolamai, Phillip Island. Cape Woolamai is renowned for the famous pinnacles, spectacular coastal scenery and popular surf breaks. Phillip Island is home to the world-renowned Grand Prix circuit for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, a famous visiting destination for the little penguins, and some of Australia's best surfing beaches. Cape Pilates offer small group Pilates classes for all levels. Reformer Pilates is performed using the Reformer machine for greater intensity and more dynamic movement. With the reformer you’ll get the benefits of Pilates: overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. You’ll feel longer and stronger while improving your posture and energy levels.

We offer beginner and intermediate reformer classes. Reformer Pilates is performed using the Reformer Machine for greater intensity and more dynamic movement. Rookie Reformer

This class is perfect for those who are new to reformer Pilates. Slow-paced yet challenging, it builds leaner, longer muscles while improving flexibility and strength.

Progressive Reformer

This class is designed for a higher level with faster flow and higher intensity. You build your cardiovascular fitness while strengthening, stretching, and lengthening your body.

Strong Bones (Senior)

Strong Bones is the perfect class for those who are older in years but still young at heart. The pace is slower and low impact exercises are designed to help build muscle, strength, and balance so you can regain confidence and flexibility.

When does the term start?

Monday 15th April and runs for 11 weeks ending on the Friday 28th June 2024

Choose your Term Membership, and select how many classes you would like to commit to each week.

1 class a week – $27per class = $297
2 classes per week – $26per class= $572
3 classes per week – $25per class= $825
4 classes per week – $24per class= $1056

I’m the proud owner of Cape Pilates.

As a mum of three, a Registered Nurse, and a Pilates and Yoga enthusiast, I bring a unique blend of experience to the studio. Over a decade in nursing has given me a deep understanding of the human body’s anatomy and physiology. I’m genuinely fascinated by its intricacies. This passion led me to become a Pilates instructor, and now, I’m thrilled to have opened my own studio!

My goal is simple: empower people to move their bodies, gain strength, and enhance flexibility, making everyday movement feel effortless.

I had never done reformer Pilates before and walked into Cape Pilates and felt so welcomed.
